Westbrook Resources Ltd is an employee owned, UK based metallurgical company involved in the manufacture, distribution and trade of metals, minerals and ferro alloys throughout the world. We are well positioned to supply globally while responding to the requirements of local marketplaces in over 40 different countries. Our product range of over 60 metals, minerals and ferro alloys are supplied to a variety of different sectors and end customer industries.
In addition to our own production, Westbrook has aligned itself with several major producers of ferro alloys and metals to distribute their products. We have storage facilities in the United Kingdom, Europe, South Africa and North America and are therefore ideally located to service the metallurgical industry with products to match their requirements. We have a dedicated export team who specialise in despatching part and full containers to all corners of the world in a timely and efficient manner. This ensures we can provide a ‘one-stop shop’ for our customers’ raw material needs.
We also supply the mining and recycling sectors with Atomised and Milled Ferro Silicon 15 grade used in heavy media separation plants. Other metal powders are supplied into welding electrode manufacturers and for use in concrete, refractory and ceramic applications.

Westbrook was incorporated in 2000, but via acquisitions have supplied our products to the global market for over 120 years therefore securing a commanding market position in diverse customer and end user industry sectors.
Our subsidiary entity, Westbrook Light Alloys Ltd produce Ferro Titanium 70 grade in Sheffield, United Kingdom which is exported to major steelworks across the globe. Low gas, low residual grades can also be produced subject to requirements. Cored wire sizes are also available.
