Production
Atomised Ferro Silicon 45% is a specialised powder product, formed by melting Ferro Silicon 75% with steel scrap, in an induction furnace and pouring the controlled stream of liquid metal into high-pressure water jets.
Key Properties of Atomised Ferro Silicon 45%
This spherical water atomised product ensures material has flowability providing efficient coating and low gassing, in process. It is also extremely stable and homogenous.
Uses
Mainly used as a coating in Welding Electrode production.
